What is the delivery time for your products?

We take one day to process your order and 5-15 days to deliver it.

There are items missing from my order, what's happening?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The remainder of the order will likely arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do ?

We are sorry. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item to the email address: caraibeairservices@gmail.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible and send you a confirmation email .

I still have not received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for this delay. International shipments sometimes take longer than expected due to customs formalities. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still need help tracking your package or would like any information about it, please contact us by email at caraibeairservices@gmail.com .

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to obtain a refund for your order, we can of course complete the payment, provided that the recourse is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) in question are not (are) not for sale.
