Your orders are prepared and shipped days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will then be notified by email of the shipment of your orders within 2 to 4 days. This email will contain a tracking number so that you are kept informed of each step during delivery. You will be delivered in 7-15 working days after dispatch of your order for delivery in France via DHL OR FEDEX, in 7 to 15 days for delivery to your home in 24h to 48h for final delivery. For large volume orders , please note an additional processing time: orders are prepared in fragile category and shipped within 3 days.
Delivery in mainland France and the French Overseas Territories is free from 190€ purchase
Via Mondial Relay. Below this amount, delivery is €5.90 via Colissimo and €4.50 via Mondial Relay. For orders ranging from €100 to €180, delivery via DHL is €3.90. Above €190, delivery is also offered via DHL.
We also offer express delivery via Fedex. Delivery will then be €90 regardless of the amount of your order.
For European Union countries, delivery is €90. Delivery time is 4 to 6 working days after shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
At CARAIBES AIR SERVICES, you have 60 nights to change your mind and get a refund.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 60 nights to return your products to us and have your entire order refunded without return costs. The refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of the product. It will automatically be applied to the account associated with the bank card used during the purchase or to the PayPal account used for payment.
Our refund conditions only apply to individuals. For businesses, products are neither returned nor exchanged if they have been used.
Did you get the wrong product or the color doesn't suit you? No problem, you have 60 nights to exchange your products without return costs . To make an exchange, the products must not have been used.

The products are effective and all usable by an individual. They will therefore neither be taken back nor exchanged! Please check your product and color carefully before confirming your order.
